Professional engineer with over 25 years of experience as lead engineer and executive on major projects throughout the US. Prior to starting Tersus Services in 2011, Mr. Luoma held titles of Director of Engineering and Principal in engineering firms in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Mr. Luoma is a seasoned executive that believes in hiring the best in the industry and giving them the tools to do their jobs efficiently.
